The problem
Blocked channels make every cycle slower.
Rust and scale choke mold cooling channels, lengthening cycle time and causing defects. Cleaning them by hand means taking the mold apart.
How it works
Bursting bubbles break the scale loose.
Air and water mixed at high pressure create bursting bubbles that break scale loose. Plug and play and fully automatic: no disassembly, no operator watching. Cleaning time is set from 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Step 01
Connect
Hook the mold’s cooling circuits to the machine — no disassembly.
Step 02
Pulse clean
High-pressure air and water bubbles burst against the scale, reversing direction every 5 minutes.
Step 03
Test and report
Leak and flow tests run automatically and a cleaning report is saved per mold.
